   The challenge

   Sales start in a WhatsApp chat on someone's phone and get lost there. The rest of the team can't see where things stand, and nobody can match what became revenue with what became delivered work.

   What I built

   A multi-tenant CRM with WhatsApp built in: the chat becomes a lead, the lead becomes a quote, the quote becomes a payment and the payment lands on the operations calendar, all in one place and visible to the whole team.

   Under the hood

   Each company's data is isolated, but there's a single address. An owner dashboard to create new accounts, and messages arriving on screen in real time without reloading.
