A clinical and sports nutritionist who sees patients online and in Maringá, Brazil, and needed to know each person before the first appointment.

   The challenge

   Before the first appointment she needs each person's goal, routine and best time to talk. That had to happen on the site in a friendly way, and the answers had to arrive organized instead of getting lost in WhatsApp.

   What I built

   A site with scroll animations and its own intake assessment in a chat format, where every reply appears as if someone were typing, ending in her WhatsApp.

   Under the hood

   Every assessment is stored in its own database and lands in her inbox. In a panel with email and password she sees each person's status, takes notes, exports a spreadsheet, and knows where each contact came from and at which step people drop off.
