Casa Ipê

A site for an architecture studio where the house isn't seen in photos: you walk through it. The floor plan turns into 3D as you scroll and every room can be visited with its furniture, materials and light. The studio is fictional, the work is real.

   The idea

   Show an architecture project the way the client imagines it: start on the paper floor plan and step into the finished house, from the hall to the pool, from the cinema to the garage, with no loose renders or photo galleries.

2. 02

   What I built

   Ten 3D stops with more than fifty real models, water with real reflections, morning, noon, sunset and night lighting, and a sheet for each room with area, materials and measurements. At the end, a form that opens WhatsApp with the message ready.

3. 03

   The detail that matters

   It runs in the browser with nothing to install. Textures were optimized without changing a single color tone, and static pieces are merged so the house moves smoothly on ordinary computers.
